  30. It's perhaps worth noting that the newsreader in use at the Software
  31. Technology Program of MCC in 1987-1990, written by Michael Begeman,
  32. called `gnews', did this.  `gnews' was released into the public domain
  33. several years ago, but I don't know where to get it from MCC these days.
  34.  Looks like the code can be used in other things, as long as the credit
  35. is preserved.  I've put a copy for ftp as
  36. ftp://parcftp.parc.xerox.com/transient/gnews.tar.Z.  It'll be there for
  37. a couple of weeks.
